To make a reservation at the residence you MUST fill in the following form. You must send one form for each room. No room will be booked unless the application form has been submitted in advance. Bookings will not be accepted by e-mail or with less than 72 hours’ notice.

    The Higher Council for Scientific Research (CSIC) informs you that access and use of the website www.rebis.csic.es and all the subdomains and directories included under it (hereinafter jointly referred to as the Portal) are submeted to the terms detailed in this Legal Notice, without prejudice to the fact that access to any of the services or contents may require the acceptance of additional General Conditions.

    The REBIS-CSIC reserves the right to make changes to the Portal without prior notice, in order to update, correct, modify, add or delete the contents or the design. Since the updating of the information is not immediate, we suggest that you always check the validity and accuracy of the information, services and content presented. Likewise, the conditions and terms contained in this Notice may vary, so we invite you to review these terms when you visit the Portal again.

    Privacy

    The CSIC is the entity responsible for the data file generated with the personal data provided by the users of the portal www.rebis.csic.es.

    In accordance with Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5th, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of digital rights, the CSIC undertakes to comply with its obligation of secrecy with respect to personal data and the duty to treat it confidentially. For these purposes, it will adopt the necessary actions to prevent its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.

    The collection and automated processing of personal data is intended for the management, provision, expansion and improvement of the services requested at any time by the user and the monitoring of queries raised by users.

    The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition at any time, by contacting the General Secretariat of the CSIC at C/Serrano 117, 28006 MADRID (Spain), in writing, enclosing a photocopy of the D.N.I. at the address indicated above or through the Electronic Registry of the CSIC located at its Electronic Headquarters, for which you must have a recognized electronic certificate.

    The CSIC maintains the levels of protection of your personal data in accordance with Royal Decree on data protection of a personal nature, and has established all the technical means at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the data that citizens provide to the CSIC, without prejudice to the fact that Internet security measures do not be impregnable.

    The CSIC reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to new legislation, jurisprudence or interpretation of the Spanish Agency for Data Protection. In this case, the CSIC will announce said changes, clearly indicating the modifications made well in advance, and requesting, if deemed necessary, their acceptance.

    Applicable law and jurisdiction

    The applicable law in case of dispute or conflict of interpretation of the terms that make up this Legal Notice, as well as any matter related to the services of this Portal, will be Spanish law.

    For the resolution of any conflict that may arise on the occasion of the visit to the Portal or the use of the services that may be offered therein, the CSIC and the User agree to submit to the Judges and Courts of the User's domicile, provided that the same is located in Spanish territory.

    We are currently waiting to start construction work that will force us to temporarily close the Residence. In the meanwhile, we are only accepting reservation requests until June 30, 2025. If you wish to stay with us after that date, please check our website periodically. There, we will be posting all updated information about reservation dates. We apologize for any inconvenience.
